• LAX airport is 5 miles (10-15 min) from our apartment & 25 miles (30-60 min) to the event venue at the Valley Relics Museum
• BUR airport is 30 miles (45-90 min) from our apartment & 10 miles (20-40 min) to the event venue at the Valley Relics Museum
Los Angeles is huge and many people are amazed at the distance between interesting things to do. You may want to rent a car to get around. It’s best to consult a map and GPS for planning. If traveling during weekday rush hour, traffic can sometimes take 2-3x longer than anticipated.
WHERE YOU SHOULD STAY…
Accommoations are entirely dependent on your budget and convenience to where you want to spend your time. Our apartment is near the beach and LAX which is a lovely spot to be. The venue is in The Valley (San Fernando Valley) which may be more economical and hotter (sometimes 20º difference).

Near us you may consider: Inn at Playa Del Rey (walking distance), Hotel June, Marina del Rey Hotel, or Marina del Rey Marriott.
Near the venue you may consider: Holiday Inn Express Van Nuys, Best Western Plus Carriage Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites Sherman Oaks, or The Sojourn Los Angeles.
In between you may find options in Culver City, Santa Monica, or Westwood.
